Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire – Signed First Edition

By 2000, the year that Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire was published, J.K. Rowling’s series about the boy-wizard Harry Potter was already a major global success. Children and adults alike were eagerly expecting each new instalment, clamouring to buy any first edition they could get their hands on.

Luckily, we have also acquired a first edition hardback of The Goblet of Fire, published in 2000 by Bloomsbury, Rowling’s UK publisher.

Not only that, but this is a signed first edition with a Bloomsbury Children’s Books sticker on the loose front end paper with Rowling’s signature on it. The book and its signature has good provenance as it was from a former Director of Penguin International who was given it by a school friend who was a Manager at Bloomsbury.

The book comes with its original dust jacket as well which is in great condition, with only some bumping on the edges, and is in a protective plastic sleeve. The book itself has some minor foxing on the top edge, but other than that, it is in great condition.

This copy of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire is the perfect book for any Potterhead or collector of famous signatures and/or first editions. It is being sold for £1,000.
